EU Delivers the 4th Batch of 5 Million Euros Emergency Assistance to Fight COVID-19
Head of EU Office and EU Special Representative in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, delivered on Thursday 6,000 COVID-19 testing kits, 90 hospital beds, over 67,000 respiratory masks and other medical equipment to Armend Zemaj, Minister of Health, to fight COVID-19 in Kosovo, said the press release issued by the EU office in Prishtina. “I am glad we have gathered again today for another EU delivery of medical equipment to Kosovo health sector as an emergency response to fight COVID-19,” Ambassador Apostolova said. “I am very sorry however that this time Kosovo is turning from the success story of managing the first wave of COVID-19 crisis into the third worst in Europe in terms of numbers hit in the recent weeks...Full story can be read through subscription.
